The property is located in the municipality of St-Côme in the Lanaudière region. It is located in an area called: Quartier du Cerf. This area is located opposite and a few meters from the Ski Val St-Côme mountain. You can add the coordinates of Val St-Côme to your GPS. Just opposite the VSC ski mountain on rue des skieurs, you will be on the 347, turn left and you will enter the area. Then you will have to turn left on 2 Y (Ch Quartier du Cerf and the crossing), and right at the T (on Ch du Faon)
